Who runs Fix Your House?
Two people, and you will deal with both of them.
Mohammad Reza Hosseini — Founder
Mohammad Reza founded Fix Your House and leads the build. He takes the calls, visits the properties and stays the person responsible for the job once work starts on site.
Niloofar Tootoonchi — Head of Interior Design
Niloofar leads the design. Layout, light, materials and finishes are settled on paper before anything is cut, and the same company then builds what she has specified.
Do you design as well as build?
Yes. One of us leads the design and the other leads the build, and we manage the trades who carry out the work. Most firms do one or the other — a designer hands over a folder and leaves, or a builder starts without a plan. Doing both is why nothing is lost between the drawing and the finished room, and it is why the design is free of charge when we also carry out the build. See interior design and build.
Do you produce 3D visualisations and BIM in house?
Yes. Our 3D interior visualisations and our Building Information Modelling (BIM) are produced in house rather than bought in. You see the room, the layout and the finishes before anything is ordered, and the model is what the trades then build to. See BIM and 3D visualisation.
