Borehamwood and Elstree are about fourteen minutes from Mill Hill, up the A1 — closer than several of the London areas we cover. WD6 is in Hertfordshire rather than Greater London, so your building control authority is Hertsmere Borough Council, not Barnet. We handle the notification either way.
